1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and vipp33 ("Platform", "us"). This document governs your use of the vipp33 website, mobile app, and all related services.

Vipp33 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure legal compliance and platform security. You may be required to submit additional documents such as your MyKad, bank statement, or utility bill as proof of identity and address before your first withdrawal is approved.

2.4 One Account Only

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at vipp33. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious violation and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without any balance payout.

3 Account Usage & Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. vipp33 recommends the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity to the vipp33 support team immediately.

Vipp33 shall not be held liable for any financial loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your own login credentials secure.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

4.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits into your vipp33 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in the funds being forfeited and the account suspended for further review.

Vipp33 accepts deposits via multiple methods including local bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and others), digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay), DuitNow Transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin).

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals from your vipp33 account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for most payment methods.
• If a bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirements must be met first.
• Withdrawal funds may only be sent to an account registered under the same name as the vipp33 account.
